We ship worldwide! Here's what to expect once you place an order.

1. Processing Times

  • Merchandise (stickers, prints, keychains, bookmarks, and other non-book items): please allow up to 1 week for processing before your order ships. Merch orders are batched and sent out weekly.
  • Special Editions: processing and shipping timelines vary by drop and are listed directly on each Special Edition's product page. Please check the product page for the most accurate estimate before ordering.

Processing time is separate from transit/delivery time—once your order ships, delivery adds additional days depending on your location and shipping method.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, please reach out to author@nicoleasterling.com and we'll do our best to help.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, package size, and destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We're unable to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by country.

6. Delays

While we provide estimated processing and delivery timelines, actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs processing, local delivery services, weather, or high-volume periods (such as limited edition drops). We appreciate your patience, especially during larger releases.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at author@nicoleasterling.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
